The people that we hire and develop within Pengo Wireline is of primary importance. We know that it is the hard work, knowledge, and dedication to grow as individuals that helps drive our success. Pengo Wireline encourages and promotes employee development. We strive to ensure every employee is capable, qualified, and competent in every job they perform.
All Pengo personnel are required to complete our on-boarding process where they are introduced to implemented training programs and employee development learning aids. Our ongoing training is focused to engage each employee to increase their knowledge throughout their progression of our internal structure. Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring is a primary job function for all Pengo employees.
